Returns and Refunds

Christmas Returns: We will be accepting Christmas returns up until the 10th of January 2022 in line with the below guidelines. Please allow 3 - 5 working days during this time for our team to respond to your return enquiry. 

In store Return Policy: You have 7 days to return your item in store from the day you purchased with receipt or proof of purchase. Item must have all tags, ties and zips in the original condition. Unused or Unworn. 

We hope that you love all of your items from our little boho boutique but if something isn't quite right thats okay! We offer refunds and returns.

We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, It is up to the buyer to cover the shipping costs for a return, if you are local to Mudgee or in this region feel free to drop it back to us at 98 Church Street, Mudgee with proof of purchase.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns will be looked at before a refund can be sent out.

Product Colour Discrepancies & Portrayal 

Here at Mixi Blu we do everything we can too portray items accurately.

Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and can effect the way products appear on the viewing monitor. We can not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible. 


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We assure you that all items packaged at Mixi HQ are carefully dealt with as they go to the post office. Any damages are to be reported to Australia Post directly. We cannot take responsibility for damages through transit.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
