Returns Policy for Online Orders
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right rest assured you can return it to us subject to the following conditions:
• The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. We recommend all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe.
• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
Any orders placed using any type of discount code (including store credit or loyalty reward codes) or orders placed during a sale period where the price has been discounted do not qualify as a full refund.
All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving your order.
We offer refunds on full priced items only, subject to our return policies.
Items purchased during any promotions ( sitewide or storewide sales ) qualify for store credits ONLY.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change of mind for jewellery, beauty or skincare items.
We do not accept returns for books, homeware, table cloths, tea towels, bed throws.
Gift Cards are valid for three years only.
When using your store credit FREE SHIPPING is only available if you spend an additional $150 above the store credit value - if your store credit value is enough to cover shipping costs then please email us and we can process manually as our checkout system does not recognise store credits towards shipping.
